To Be Seen and Loved.

Big Sister is in the mirror, she is beautiful, and dances the hula,  in an exotic costume and a rose in her hair.  She does not even notice her little sister.  Little sister, in her marching band outfit, looks up to her with adoration, hoping for Big Sister’s attention and approval.   It can be hard to have confidence and self-love and we often look to others for it instead of looking inside.  It can be a tough lesson to learn and, in fact, may take a lifetime.
